Meditation is one of the most therapeutic aspect in health. It is a practice that is commonly and originally done by the Indians, but recently is spreading to other parts of the world too. It is a practice where you spend time alone without speaking to other people and instead focus more about your own life. It has proved to help in many situations such as being spiritually, mentally and physically fit. Meditation can be done either indoors or outdoors where you get to interact with the nature during that whole period. To have your meditation outdoors, it is important that you go out to a place where there is nature around you such as trees, animals, shrubs, streams or rocks.
